Do you have an interesting project, new challenges, or a feature that seems impossible to create?
That’s what I actually do.
Hi everyone! I'm Ripsime Sargsyan, a product and UI/UX designer from Armenia.
About
I'm some award-winning product designer,  mentor, lecturer, and contemporary art researcher with 3+ years of experience in AI-based startups, specializing in UX design, user  research, and launching products from 0 to MVP
When it started
Once, I joined a programming faculty, thinking that diving deep and organizing info was the way to solve everything. And I was right! This journey took me through game development, business growth as an assistant and sales consultant, and finally into design, where my analytical skills helped shape user platforms.
Once, I was just someone asking questions.
Now, I help others find answers.
Here’s how it happened
Drawstory
AI based startup
Most recently, at DrawStory, I played a key role in product and the UX/UI design of an AI-powered storyboard platform. As one of the first designers on the team, I led the full design cycle — from user research to prototyping and MVP launch. I collaborated closely with developers and AI specialists to create intuitive user experiences while also developing the brand’s visual identity.
Vabalaba
Design agency & school
At Vabalaba, I worked as a business assistant in the sales department, where I conducted market research, optimized sales strategies, and improved internal processes through automation and data management. I analyzed sales performance, coordinated team operations, and streamlined workflow.
Seavinar
Gamedev studio in Armenia
My journey started at Seavinar as creative manager, where I focused on advertising, branding, and event organization. I developed creative materials, curated projects, and built promotion strategies while also exploring game development using C# and Unity.

- Your website is really hard to use!
- Yeah, I know.
- But it’s for the users — you need to
  think about them!
- No, it’s for me.
At the start of my career, I formulated and implemented the CADR theory:
Concept
Developing ideas based on hypotheses and creative thinking, finding unconventional solutions and testing them, applying advanced design methodologies. It’s also crucial to define the tone of voice in advance to establish a cohesive style for the future product.
Analysis
In-depth research: examining future functionality, competitor and market analysis, studying the target audience, and identifying user pain points. This stage helps define a strategy and avoid mistakes in the later phases.
Design
Crafting UX/UI solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive. During the design process, I consider interaction logic, users’ cognitive models, and test different approaches to ensure the design truly solves the set objectives.
Realisation
Bringing the project to life: collaborating with developers, ensuring high-quality implementation, and testing with real users. At this stage, it's essential not only to confirm technical accuracy but also to develop a marketing strategy so the product successfully finds its niche. In the end, I analyze the results and document them for further improvements.
sooooo
now I’m looking for a team where I can dive into creative challenges, improve businesses through design, talk to real users & clients, run tests, analyze, and make things better.
