This website, ripsime.me, is the personal portfolio of Ripsime Sargsyan, an independent designer and art director. I respect your privacy and keep data handling to the minimum needed to reply to your message. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Ripsime Sargsyan (an individual), reachable at hripsimesargsyan90575@gmail.com or via Telegram.

What data I collect

I only collect what you voluntarily enter into the contact form on this site:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the message you write about your project.

I do not ask for and do not knowingly collect any sensitive data (such as financial, health, or government-ID information). There is no registration, no user accounts, and no payments on this site.

How the contact form works

The contact form is handled by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-delivery service. When you submit the form, Web3Forms receives the fields above and forwards them to my personal email so that I can read and reply to your message. Web3Forms acts only as a processor that passes the message along; the data is used solely to contact you back. You can review Web3Forms' own privacy terms on their website.

Analytics

This site uses Yandex.Metrika to understand, in aggregate, how pages are visited (for example, which works get viewed). This generates anonymous, statistical usage data — it is not used to identify you personally and is not linked to the contact form. You can block it by using your browser's privacy settings or an ad/tracker blocker. See Yandex's privacy documentation for details.

How your data is used

Information you send through the form is used for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to communicate about that project. I will not use it for marketing lists or automated profiling.

Sharing with third parties

I do not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except:

• the service providers that make the site work (Web3Forms for form delivery, and the email provider that receives my mail), strictly so your message reaches me;
• where disclosure is required by applicable law.

How long I keep it

Messages are kept in my email only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work. You can ask me to delete your message at any time and I will do so, unless I am legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have sent, or to stop using it. Just email hripsimesargsyan90575@gmail.com and I will respond as soon as I reasonably can.

Consent

By ticking the consent box and submitting the contact form, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to your details being processed as described above, for the sole purpose of replying to you.
